Yes. To ensure we provide the highest quality care, we require a minimum of 3 hours per visit. Please contact us to schedule your free, detailed consultation so we can design the best care plan for your needs.

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, our services are not billable through insurance. However, we offer flexible payment options to make care accessible and convenient.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Compassionate Hearts of Kansas City LLC is fully licensed by the State of Kansas and insured for your peace of mind.

Are your caregivers background checked?
Absolutely. As a family-run company, we take safety seriously. Each caregiver undergoes a thorough federal and state background check before joining our team.

Will my privacy be respected?
Of course. We deeply value your trust. All client information is protected under HIPAA standards, and we maintain strict client–provider confidentiality at all times.

What if I’m sick and prefer to skip a scheduled visit?
That’s perfectly fine. We understand things happen. We’ll gladly reschedule your visit, and clients with active care packages will receive a credit for the missed day.
